"My name is Samuel from Quebec City. I've always been a huge dog enthusiast. So, it was natural for me to take a dog handler course, do hundreds of hours of research on different breeds, and meet with breeders. For me, the ideal dog was physically strong, easy to train, protective, fearless, healthy, multi-talented, devoted to its family, and especially cold-resistant. In theory, the East-European Shepherd met all these criteria. I can confirm this breed lives up to its reputation. It's a German Shepherd but stronger, healthier, less nervous, and loves the cold. A pure protector instinct. Don't be surprised, these dogs adore their family. They love to play, cuddle, and even "talk" with you. Mine in particular uses her paws like a cat to grab things and pull us toward her. So, the breed is amazing. But what about the breeder? Plus, there's only one in all of Canada, which doesn't leave many options. Of all the breeders I've met in my life, RMD is one of the few that I absolutely loved. They are present, listen, answer all questions, provide updates, help with choosing the puppy, and are available afterward. I think I've found the breed and the breeder for all my future dogs.
